Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Services Project Lead to join our Geospatial Field Services team. This role will oversee direction, coordination, and execution of professional services, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring client satisfaction.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and resources, drive cross-sells of Westwood services, and help grow our survey presence nationally. Strong leadership, AutoCAD experience, and a PM background are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in surveying and/or private utility locating/SUE.
• Strong background in project management and leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates scopes of work, budgets, and proposal language.
• Manages project teams, tasks, schedules, and resources.
• Monitors budgets, profitability, revenue, margins, billing, and utilization.
• Provides feedback to Service Leader and coordinates project meetings.
• Stays current on field trends, technology, and equipment.
• Drives cross-sells and supports business development.
