Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Services Project Lead to join our Geospatial Field Services team in the Renewables & Power Divisions.

The role focuses on directing the overall project lifecycle, including coordination, execution, QA/QC, and completion of professional services while mentoring junior staff and supporting business development under Geospatial leadership. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in surveying or private utility locating/SUE, strong AutoCAD

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in surveying and/or private utility locating/SUE industries.
• Strong understanding of the Private utility locating/SUE profession.
• Background in project management.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates scopes of work, creates budgets and proposal language.
• Manages project teams, tasks, schedules, and resources.
• Monitors budgets, profitability, billing, and utilization.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to staff; supports business development.
• Coordinates with leaders to grow survey presence and strategic pursuits.
• Ensures quality, consistency, and timely delivery of field work products.
