Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Services Project Lead to join our Geospatial Field Services team in Kansas. The role supports project direction, execution, QA/QC, and completion while mentoring junior staff and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing, and coordinating with market leaders to grow the survey presence. This role emphasizes delivering high-quality field products and contributing to business development across the renewables

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in surveying and/or private utility locating or SUE.
• Strong background in project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates scopes of work and creates budgets and proposal language based on client requirements.
• Manages project teams, tasks, schedules and resources.
• Monitors project budget, profitability, margins, and utilization.
• Provides guidance and mentoring to junior staff and ensures quality control.
• Drives cross-sells of Westwood services based on client needs.
