Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. in Westminster, CO seeks a Field Services Project Lead to guide the Geospatial Field Services team in budgeting, planning, execution, and quality control for survey projects.

You will mentor junior staff, support client satisfaction, and collaborate with market leaders to grow Westwood’s survey presence, while delivering consistent, high‑quality field products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in surveying and/or private utility locating/SUE.
• Strong understanding of the Private utility locating/SUE profession.
• Strong background in project management.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate scopes of work, budgets, and proposal language based on client requirements.
• Effectively manage project teams, tasks, schedules, and resources.
• Manage project budget, profitability, revenues, margins, billing rates, and utilization.
• Lead project team meetings and coordinate tasks across disciplines.
• Ensure field services products have consistent appearance and quality, and are delivered efficiently.
• Support office/market-based business development with technical expertise and revenue generation.
• Mentor and provide day-to-day guidance to project staff.
