You will oversee direction, coordination, execution, QA/QC, and completion of professional services, while mentoring junior staff, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting business development.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing, and cross-selling services. The role emphasizes leadership and maintaining high-quality survey outputs aligned with Westwood's standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in surveying or private utility locating/SUE.
• Strong project management background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate scopes, budgets, and proposal language.
• Manage project teams, tasks, schedules, and resources.
• Track budgets, profitability, and utilization.
• Provide feedback to the Service Leader.
• Coordinate meetings and project progress.
• Stay current on field trends, tech, software, and equipment.
• Drive value and cross-sell Westwood services.
• Establish procedures and quality standards for survey.
• Ensure consistent field work product appearance.
• Support staffing, utilization, and workload for survey.
• Grow local and national survey presence with strategic pursuits.
• Support business development with technical expertise.
