The role supports the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, quality assurance/quality control, and completion of professional services, including mentoring junior staff and business development. Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing, and ensuring quality standards across survey projects, while driving innovation and cross-selling Westwood services to meet

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in surveying and/or private utility locating and/or SUE.
• Strong understanding of all aspects of the Private utility locating/SUE profession.
• Strong background in project management.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates various scopes of work and creates budgets and proposal scope language based on client requirements.
• Effectively manages project teams, tasks, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Manages project budget and analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, billing rates, and utilization.
• Evaluates team and individual performance and provides feedback to the Service Leader.
• Conducts meetings with project team to evaluate and coordinate the project.
