Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. seeks a Field Services Project Lead to guide our Geospatial Field Services team.

This role coordinates direction, execution, quality assurance, and completion of professional services while mentoring junior staff and supporting client satisfaction and business development. You will manage scopes, budgets, and schedules, oversee staffing and utilization, and collaborate with Market Leaders to expand Westwood’s survey presence nationally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in surveying or private utility locating/SUE.
• Strong project management background.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Strong verbal and written communication; proven leadership.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate scopes, budgets, and proposal language per client needs.
• Lead project teams, schedules, and resources.
• Monitor project budgets, profitability, and billing rates.
• Provide mentoring to junior staff and lead client satisfaction.
• Drive growth through cross-selling Westwood services.
• Maintain QA/QC standards across field services outputs.
