Job summary

Seiler Geospatial in Itasca, IL is seeking a Geospatial Product Support Specialist to deliver expert technical support and training for Trimble geospatial products. You will collaborate with the sales team for demonstrations and train clients both online and in-person.

The role requires a background in land surveying or civil engineering, strong troubleshooting and customer service skills, and the ability to travel locally and regionally in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Background in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent technical support and customer service skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot software and work independently while managing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert technical support and training for Trimble geospatial products (Trimble Access, Trimble Business Center).
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide product demonstrations and address client needs.
