Job summary

SEILER Geospatial in Itasca, IL, is seeking a Geospatial Product Support Specialist to provide expert technical support for Trimble geospatial hardware and software, including Trimble Access and Trimble Business Center. You will train clients, demonstrate products, and collaborate with the sales team to tailor solutions.

This role requires a background in land surveying or civil engineering, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Background in land surveying or civil engineering preferred.
• Experience with Trimble geospatial products is a strong plus.
• Excellent technical support and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert technical support and training for Trimble geospatial products.
• Conduct engaging and effective training sessions, online and on-site.
• Travel locally and regionally to provide on-site support (Indiana).
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide product demonstrations and tailor solutions.
