Seiler Geospatial is seeking a Geospatial Product Support Specialist to deliver expert technical support and training on Trimble geospatial hardware and software. You will enable clients to leverage the latest technology and provide demonstrations and on-site training as needed.

You will travel locally and regionally throughout Indiana, with a company vehicle provided. A background in surveying or civil engineering, plus strong customer service skills, is essential to thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Background in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Trimble Geospatial products is a strong plus.
• Excellent technical support and customer service skills.
• Proficient with computers and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Experience in product or software training preferred.

Responsibilities Include

As a Geospatial Product Support Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our clients and advancing geospatial solutions:

• Deliver expert technical support and training for Trimble geospatial products, including:
  • Trimble Access and Trimble Business Center software
  • GNSS receivers
  • Robotic total stations
  • Digital levels
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide product demonstrations and address client needs.
• Conduct engaging and effective training sessions, both online and in-person.
• Travel locally and regionally throughout Indiana, providing on-site support and training (company vehicle provided).

Qualifications

Requirements

• A background in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field (experience with Trimble Geospatial products is a strong plus).
• Exceptional technical support skills paired with outstanding customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with computers, including troubleshooting and software support.
• The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities with ease.
• Experience in product or software training (preferred but not required).
