Job summary

NV5, Inc. is seeking a Geospatial Content Specialist to lead content development from initiation to completion. You will produce client-facing and internal materials, including proposals, presentations, and documentation, and manage technical writeups with AI-enabled workflows.

You will apply your geospatial expertise and project management skills to ensure high-quality content that differentiates NV5 in a competitive market, while coordinating with experts and stakeholders across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in a similar geospatial/technical marketing or proposal role.
• Ability to translate geospatial tech into client-facing content.
• Strong written and verbal communication; keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee client-facing documentation development from initiation to completion.
• Lead marketing material development (slides, brochures, docs, proposals, bids) across multiple projects.
• Develop content highlighting NV5's strategy and value propositions for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Interview subject matter experts to gather critical information for technical content.
• Oversee production and formatting of materials for submission.
