Job summary

Gordian is seeking an Account Manager based in Georgia who brings construction knowledge and strong professionalism to deliver results using Gordian’s data and software. You will support and train clients in Job Order Contracting (JOC) and coordinate with internal teams to meet procurement objectives within a defined geographic area.

The role requires 5+ years in construction procurement or related fields, excellent communication, and travel up to 30–50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience in engineering, architecture, construction management, or similar field.
• 5+ years in construction procurement, management, or contracting for facilities and road work.
• Strong client service, analytics, and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to generate tracking reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain schedules of detailed activities to accomplish procurement objectives within a specified time period for clients
• Implement and adhere to project procedures from project identification through construction execution
• Read and interpret construction plans, review price proposals, and develop line item proposals
• Train contractors in Gordian software and client procedures, assist in bids
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion
