Job summary
Syncreon Consulting is seeking a senior Digital Strategy and SEO leader to drive GEO and AI-enabled content strategies for enterprise clients, with a focus on life sciences and healthcare domains. You will shape high-impact strategies, lead workshops, and translate complex insights into actionable roadmaps.
In this role you’ll partner with executives, guide cross-functional teams across capability leads and account teams, and deliver measurable improvements in visibility, engagement, and ROI
Qualifications
- 8+ years of digital strategy, SEO, or content strategy experience, including 3+ years in consulting.
- 1-2 years in GEO, LLM content strategy, or AI-driven search optimization.
- Experience designing enterprise-level digital visibility strategies for clients in a consulting or services environment.
- Ability to engage with VP/Director-level pharma, digital, and medical leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead executive-level strategy discussions with clients and internal teams.
- Develop strategic frameworks and facilitate workshops for stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional execution across capability leads, account teams, and senior leadership.
- Translate data insights into actionable roadmaps to improve digital visibility and ROI.
