Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on SEO or organic growth experience, ideally at a top-tier SEO agency.
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, search intent, and how organic performance translates into business outcomes.
• Strong consulting skills: you're used to advising clients, presenting strategic recommendations, and constructively challenging their thinking.
• Ability to explain SEO concepts in simple, actionable language for marketing and brand teams.
• Excitement about the shift from "10 blue links" to generative search, and motivation to be at the frontier of that change.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and activate new key clients, and educate them on how to best leverage Peec AI to become top-ranked in AI search.
• Review websites, content, and search performance of key clients to identify AI-search-related opportunities across platforms (search, AI assistants, and emerging generative surfaces)
• Run advisory sessions with leading brands and agencies, turning their growth and brand goals into actionable GEO strategies and roadmaps
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Growth, and Product to refine activation journeys, case studies, and customer enablement programs
• Consult our mid-sized and enterprise clients on GEO-related topics, from overall strategy to hands-on operational execution
