Job summary

Nidec in Lexington, TN is seeking dedicated production staff for 1st/2nd/3rd shifts. Responsibilities include operating equipment to assemble windings and components, reading work orders, following guidelines, and maintaining safety and housekeeping on the line.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read and write and follow work orders.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment and performs tasks to complete windings and winding components in electrical motors.
• Prepares cores and installs parts including wires, slot winders and topsticks.
• Ensures materials, assembly techniques and tolerances are met; follows safety practices.
