SOPHiA GENETICS is seeking a Sales Executive for the Midwest to drive strategic growth in the healthcare and genomics space. This field role requires 50–75% travel and direct ownership of territory, reporting to the Senior Director of Sales (NORAM).

You will prospect, pitch and close opportunities with hospital systems and labs, collaborate with Customer Success, and help shape product requirements based on market feedback. Join a purpose‑driven team advancing cancer and rare disease care.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of consultative sales experience.
• Experience selling NGS or Genomics products into hospital systems or labs.
• Hungry to learn about Genetics/Health Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own territory sales in Midwest with full autonomy.
• Prospect, pitch and close opportunities with new organizations.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and momentum.
• Collaborate with Customer Success for onboarding.
• Advise on market and product requirements.
