Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, repair, and maintain sequencing hardware in territory.
• Provide onsite technical assistance and customer support.
• Coordinate with Field Applications Scientists and Territory Managers.
• Ensure first-time fix and proper parts inventory management.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and company policies.
