Databricks is seeking a Genie Sales Director (IC) to accelerate adoption of Genie across large enterprise customers. You will bridge business priorities with data, BI, and AI capabilities to move customers from high-value questions to production-grade Genie experiences while enabling the field to scale.

You will lead initiatives to drive consumption, bookings, and activation, and craft executive-level value narratives to expand adoption and drive measurable pipeline growth.

Competenze

• Enterprise software sales or consulting experience in BI, analytics, data platforms, embedded analytics, or business-facing AI solutions.
• Experience selling into complex organizations and mapping buying centers across CIOs and data/IT executives, line-of-business leaders, program managers, and technical practitioners.
• Demonstrated ability to turn business problems into compelling use cases, quantified business cases, and executive-level value narratives.
• Experience driving land-and-expand motions from initial adoption through broader account penetration and production scale.
• Customer and market experience in one or more complex or regulated industries (financial services, life sciences, retail, manufacturing).
• Ability to build and activate partner strategies that contribute to implementation quality and customer success.
• Ability to explain complex data, BI, semantic-model, and AI concepts clearly to business and technical audiences.
