Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by achieving quarterly/annual Genie targets and expanding land-and-expand adoption.
• Build and develop a high-performing Genie Sales Specialist team and coach on complex deals.
• Establish executive relationships with CIOs/CTOs and platform leaders to accelerate adoption.
• Influence product and GTM strategy with field feedback and market insights.
