Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required/preferred.
• Prior medical reception or front-desk experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming calls, directs to appropriate personnel, and routes Epic Messages.
• Registers patients in EMR Epic, verifies demographics, and processes insurance data.
• Collects co-pays and handles online payments; provides MyChart support.
• Maintains lobby areas, assists visitors, and supports scheduling and registration activities.
• Performs general clerical tasks and documents, prints reports, and prepares communications.
