Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; medical reception experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Epic preferred.
• Basic keyboard skills and medical terminology knowledge.
• Ability to work flexible hours during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate personnel.
• Manage Epic Scheduling and Registration for patient check-in.
• Load and verify patient demographics and insurance in Epic.
• Collect co-pays and post payments per Cash Handling Policy.
• Prepare daily closing reports and balance cash drawer.
• Greet and assist on-site visitors and maintain lobby areas.
