Job summary

HALO Precision Diagnostics in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Patient Navigator (Patient Support & Phlebotomy) to guide patients through hereditary cancer testing. You will educate patients, coordinate care, and perform venipuncture in a collaborative, patient‑centered environment.

You will schedule and collect specimens, support insurance verification, document in EMR/EHR, and ensure HIPAA compliance while upholding HALO Dx Navigator Pillars across partner sites and clinics.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with strong venipuncture skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing from start to finish.
• Provide education on testing procedures and next steps.
• Perform venipuncture and collect blood specimens for testing.
