Job summary

HALO Precision Diagnostics is seeking a Patient Navigator (Patient Support & Phlebotomy) in Gilbert, AZ, to guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing, educate on procedures, and coordinate phlebotomy and follow-up with a multidisciplinary team. You’ll ensure a compassionate, high-quality patient experience.

The role emphasizes structured patient consultations, strong clinic integration, and adherence to HIPAA and data standards within a growing health tech environment.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with strong venipuncture skills.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (front or back office).
• Experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing process from start to finish.
• Coordinate scheduling, specimen collection, and follow-up with partner sites.
• Perform venipuncture and collect blood specimens for genetic testing.
