Job summary

Generac is seeking a Technical Service Trainer onsite at our training center in Concord, North Carolina. You will deliver comprehensive training to technicians on generator repair, installation and troubleshooting across Generac products.

Responsibilities include developing training curriculum, writing and reviewing technical manuals, establishing warranty rates for prototypes, and collaborating with other departments to fabricate training units. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Instruct/Train technicians in generator repair and installation.
• Develop and present training curriculum.
• Write and review technical documentation (owner, installation, diagnostic and service manuals).
• Establish warranty flat rates for new product prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Instruct/Train technicians in all aspects of generator repair and installation.
• Develop and present technical training curriculum
• Write and review technical documentation such as owner, installation, diagnostic and flat rate manuals and service and training bulletins
• Establish warranty flat rates for new product prototypes
• Work with internal departments to fabricate training units
• Willing to obtain DOT drivers license (Non CDL) if needed
