Job summary

Generac Power Systems Inc. is seeking a Technical Service Trainer to join our Service Training team at our Wisconsin facility.

You will deliver comprehensive training to technicians on generator repair and installation, guiding start-up, operation and troubleshooting across Generac products. In this onsite role, you will develop curriculum, write and review technical documentation, and collaborate with internal departments to support training units and service bulletins.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years field technician experience in HVAC, automotive, generator or related area.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel).
• Strong written and presentation skills for technical training.
• Knowledge of creating training curricula.

Responsibilities

• Instruct technicians in generator repair and installation.
• Develop and present technical training curriculum.
• Write and review service and training bulletins and manuals.
• Establish warranty flat rates for new product prototypes.
