Job summary

Central Power Systems & Services in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Service Coordinator to support generator service contracts, schedule work orders, and assist the outside sales team with site walks for new start-up projects.

You will liaise between customers, field technicians, and sales to ensure timely PMs, service delivery, and documentation. The role combines customer-facing coordination with internal process management and offers pathway for growth within a family-owned company with strong

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical degree/diploma preferred for related field.
• AS400 experience is preferred.
• Experience in processing work orders and coordinating service activities.
• Strong communication and customer-facing sales experience is essential.
• Supervisory experience in sales or service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with contractors, builders, hospitals, and government clients.
• Coordinate service work orders and PM scheduling with the service team.
• Plan maintenance agreements and sales of PMs and extended warranties.
• Review work orders and ensure documentation meets company standards.
• Supervise technicians and track progress of repairs; ensure QC checks.
