PowerChampions in Georgia is seeking a Generator Service Manager to lead the generator service department, overseeing technicians, scheduling, parts, dispatch, and service delivery while driving profitability and customer satisfaction. You will manage the department’s P&L, enforce safety and compliance standards, and collaborate with Sales and Leadership to align service goals with the company mission.

A Georgia Class II Electrical Contractor license is required.

Qualificações

• Georgia Class II (Unrestricted) Electrical Contractor License is required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet DOT requirements.
• Proven experience managing generator or industrial service operations.
• Strong background in scheduling, dispatch, logistics, and parts management.
• Demonstrated success in P&L management and financial accountability.
• Leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Technical understanding of diesel and gas engine-driven standby power systems, ATS, and switchgear.
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the generator service department to ensure operational excellence and profitability.
• Oversee scheduling of technicians for maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and emergencies.
• Manage parts inventory and vendor relationships to minimize downtime.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction via clear communication and timely service delivery.
• Own the department P&L with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Enforce safety, OSHA, NFPA, EPA standards and quality assurance processes.
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and grow market share.
• Collaborate with Sales and Leadership to align service delivery with business goals.
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and compliance documentation.
