Job summary

A#1 Air, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to grow our residential generator market in Texas. You’ll close opportunities, conduct in-home consultations, and educate homeowners on product options, benefits, and financing.

You will build trust through effective communication and manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools. This role offers high earning potential with uncapped commissions, strong leads, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a sales role (home services preferred, but not required).
• Strong closing skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in home services sales (HVAC, roofing, pest control, solar, etc.).
• Electrical license (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with in-home sales processes.
