Humana is seeking an AI Engineer to contribute to Generative AI initiatives, building robust AI modules and pipelines across Humana’s enterprise ecosystem. The role emphasizes safe, transparent AI aligned with ethical standards and collaboration with data scientists, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders.

The position offers a hybrid work style with in-office days and remote days, located in New York with multiple other U.S. site options.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of applicable experience or Master’s with 1+ year.
• Experience with Agentic AI System Design.
• Experience collaborating with MLOps and DevOps teams.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, and data analysis tools.
• Experience with ML frameworks like Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience with high performance, large-scale ML systems.
• Experience with language modeling with transformers and large-scale ETL.

Responsabilidades

• AI Innovation & Responsible Generative AI design using Python and LLMs.
• Agentic AI System Design using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI.
• Embed AI into Humana’s systems; collaborate with business teams.
• MLOps & DevOps collaboration for production deployments.
• Execute data science initiatives from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, software engineers, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain advanced AI/ML models and algorithms.
• Design robust monitoring for performance and reliability.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Experience with AI coding assistants.
