Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in AI/ML or Master's with 1+ year.
• Experience with Agentic AI System Design.
• Experience collaborating with MLOps/DevOps teams.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, and data analysis tools.
• Experience with large-scale ML systems and transformers.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI solutions using Python and ML models including LLMs.
• Build autonomous AI agents to support reasoning and decision-making.
• Embed AI into Humana systems and collaborate with business teams.
• Work with MLOps/DevOps to deploy models in production.
• Execute data science initiatives and deliver high-impact AI use cases.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, software engineers, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain advanced AI/ML models and monitoring capabilities.
• Create reports and presentations for business stakeholders.
