They are seeking an experiencedLead Construction Superintendentwith a proven history of managing 30+ story ground-up residential projectsfrominception through completion.

Key Responsibilities

The Lead Construction Superintendent will:

• Manage the job site fromgroundbreaking through project completion
• Oversee day-to-day field operations and subcontractor coordination
• Communicate and meet regularly with subcontractors to assess project progress, scheduling, changes, and deliveries
• Proactively identify and address design deficiencies, scheduling concerns, and site challenges
• Maintain project schedule and ensure milestones are met
• Enforce safety protocols to ensure job sites consistently meet or exceed OSHA safety standards
• RFI logs
• Daily reports
• Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with NYC building codes and regulations
• Communicate effectively with ownership, construction managers, project managers, and consultants
• Coordinate deliveries, site logistics, and manpower planning
• Ensure project quality standards and deadlines are achieved

Qualifications

The ideal Lead Construction Superintendent will have:

• Minimum10+ years of construction experience
• Strong experience managingground-up high-rise residential projects (20+ stories required)
• Proven track record leading projects frominception through completion
• Strong knowledge of:
