Job summary

Hudson Cooper Search seeks a DOB Licensed Superintendent to lead a 64-story ground-up residential project in Manhattan. You have a proven track record of taking buildings from the ground and overseeing large field teams.

After this project, you’ll oversee field operations on ground-up/core-and-shell projects across NYC, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, LIC, and the Bronx, across multi-family, mixed-use, hotels and office-to-resi conversions.

Qualifications

• Active NYC DOB Superintendent license.
• Minimum 20 stories of ground-up construction experience.
• Significant experience on multifamily/mixed-use ground-up projects in NYC.

• Lead large-scale ground-up residential projects in NYC.
• Oversee field operations on ground-up/core-and-shell projects across NYC.
• Collaborate with developers on multi-family and mixed-use projects.

You’ve taken multiple buildings out of the ground, led other Superintendents, and enjoy working on big projects.

Leading a 64-story ground up residential project in Manhattan is well within your wheelhouse.

We need a DOB Licensed Super with a proven track record for taking at least 20+ story projects out of the ground.

Once this Manhattan based project is finished, you’ll oversee the field operations on ground-up/ core and shell projects across NYC, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island City, and the Bronx.

Projects include multi-family residential, mixed-use, hotels, affordable housing and office-to-resi conversions.
