Jobot is seeking a Construction Superintendent for a ground-up, multi-family high-rise project in Brooklyn. This on-site role requires a seasoned supervisor with a track record in NYC construction and strong coordination across trades.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervision on similar projects, familiarity with Procore, and the ability to manage scope, safety, and budget in a fast-paced urban environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervision experience.
• Ground-up multi-family high-rise construction preferred.
• Residential high-rise lump-sum experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site supervision of ground-up multi-family high-rise projects in Brooklyn.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, schedule crews, and enforce safety and quality controls.
• Interface with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.
