Role Overview

We are seeking two experienced Construction Superintendents to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid NYC Superintendent Registration, a proven track record of managing construction projects from start to finish, and demonstrated longevity with past employers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on assigned projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams.
• Maintain compliance with all NYC building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, and engineers to resolve issues in real time.
• Provide detailed reporting to the Chief Superintendent.
