Job summary

General Superintendent – Data Center Construction | Up to $300K

We're partnering with a top-tier national general contractor to identify a General Superintendent to lead a major data center construction program. This is a career-defining opportunity to oversee large-scale, mission-critical projects for one of the most active players in the data center construction space.

What you'll do:

Provide overall field leadership across multiple superintendents and trade partners on a large data center campus/program. Own schedule, quality, safety, and manpower planning from mobilization through closeout. Serve as the primary field point of contact for ownership and client representatives. Drive coordination between MEP, structural, and civil scopes in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

What we're looking for:

10+ years of commercial construction experience with a strong track record in data center, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial builds. Proven experience managing multiple superintendents and large self-perform or subcontracted crews. Deep understanding of MEP-heavy, phased construction sequencing. Strong client-facing presence and a track record of delivering projects on aggressive timelines.

Compensation:

Base salary up to $300K, commensurate with experience, plus a competitive benefits and bonus package.
