Job summary

My client is a leading US General Contractor seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead field operations on hyperscale data center projects across the US. This senior leadership role is responsible for the overall delivery of complex data center construction projects, working closely with the Project Executive, Project Manager, owners, design teams, subcontractors and commissioning teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of commercial data center construction experience.
• Experience as a Senior Superintendent or General Superintendent or similar field leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering data centers, hyperscale, mission-critical or other highly complex facilities.
• Experience managing large subcontractor teams and complex MEP scopes.
• Experience on projects valued at $100M+ preferred.

What We're Looking For

• 12+ years of commercial data center construction experience
• Previous experience as a Senior Superintendent, General Superintendent or similar field leadership role
• Proven experience delivering data centers, hyperscale, mission-critical or other highly complex facilities
• Experience managing large subcontractor teams and complex MEP scopes
• Experience on projects valued at $100M+ preferred

• Competitive base salary: $180K-$250K+ depending on experience and marke
• Vehicle allowance or company vehicle
• Per diem and travel support on applicable assignments
• 401(k) with company contribution
