The Role

The Senior Superintendent will take ownership of several projects from full-site execution, overseeing all scopes and trades, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, and driving safety and quality from ground-breaking through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• You will act as the primary authority for field execution on large-scale data center projects. This includes directing all trade activity, leading senior field personnel, ensuring sequencing aligns with the master schedule, and driving a zero-incident culture.
• You will resolve real-time issues, maintain operational flow, and support the successful delivery of complex projects.
• Plan and sequence workflow across all relevant trades to maintain project momentum.
