Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment is seeking a Construction General Superintendent for Raleigh, NC, overseeing field operations across life sciences, data centers and mission critical projects valued up to $100M+. You will lead 4–5 senior superintendents and report to the executive team.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of GC superintendent experience and a degree in Engineering or Construction Management, with a 1-hour commute from Raleigh.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience as a commercial construction superintendent for a general contractor.
• Lead/Senior Superintendent on projects valued $60mil+ (commercial, life sciences, healthcare, mission critical, data centers or manufacturing).
• Experience managing and leading teams of experienced Superintendents.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Within a 1-hour commute from Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations on multiple projects in life sciences / data centers / mission critical sectors in the Triangle region.
• Direct a team of 4-5 senior superintendents reporting to you.
• Collaborate with project leaders to align on safety, schedule, and budget.

Salary: $200,000–$240,000 base + bonus + vehicle allowance

Join a highly reputable general contractor with $2bil active projects in the Carolinas, including a strong workload in the Raleigh / Durham regions.

This is a senior leadership role where you will have a team of 4-5 senior superintendents reporting directly to you. You will also have oversight of field operations on projects across life sciences / data centers / mission critical projects in the Triangle region with project valued up to $100mil+.
