Job summary

Invoke Staffing in the Raleigh-Durham area is seeking a hands-on Superintendent with a strong commercial construction background to lead projects, coordinate multiple trades, and manage demanding schedules.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of field leadership, experience reading drawings, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring safety and quality on site. Projects include commercial interiors, life science, healthcare, and ground-up work with a salary of 100k–140k USD plus bonus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent or similar field leadership role with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating day-to-day field operations.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing commercial interiors, renovations, technical construction, or ground-up projects.

Salary: $100-140K (Salary Based on Experience) + Bonus

• We're looking for a Superintendent with a strong commercial construction background and the ability to lead projects with multiple trades, complex coordination, and demanding schedules.
• This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on field leader who enjoys managing complex projects, coordinating multiple trades, solving problems, and taking ownership of the finished product
• Projects may include commercial interiors, technical facilities, life science, healthcare, mission critical, renovations, and other complex commercial construction.
• Experience with highly technical projects is a plus, but strong commercial Superintendents with a proven ability to manage complex work and learn quickly are encouraged to apply.
