Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment USA is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up projects in the Raleigh/Durham area. You’ll manage day-to-day field operations from mobilization through completion on $20M-$80M projects for public and private sectors.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years with a commercial GC, strong subs and field management experience, Procore familiarity, and the ability to commute within an hour of Raleigh/Durham. Excellent long-term career progression.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Construction Superintendent with a Commercial General Contractor
• Experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects
• Experience working on public and/or private commercial projects
• Strong subcontractor and field management experience
• Within a 1-hour commute from Raleigh/Durham, NC

Salary: $120,000-$155,000 base + company vehicle + bonus

Join a well-established, family-run General Contractor with a strong commercial construction backlog and a robust pipeline of commercial construction projects across the Raleigh and Durham markets.

They are looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up construction projects valued between $20M-$80M across public and private sectors.

The Commercial Construction Superintendent will manage day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project completion.
