Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment USA in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up projects for a well-established regional GC. You will manage day-to-day field operations from mobilization through completion on commercial sites valued between $20M and $80M, with a base salary of $120k–$155k, a company vehicle, bonus potential and profit sharing.

The role requires strong subcontractor oversight, Procore proficiency, and the ability to work within a 1-hour

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Construction Superintendent with a Commercial General Contractor.
• Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Experience working on public and/or private commercial projects.
• Strong subcontractor and field management experience.
• Experience with Procore preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project completion.
• Lead ground-up commercial construction projects valued between $20M-$80M.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and project stakeholders to maintain schedule and budget.

Salary: $120,000-$155,000 base + company vehicle + bonus

Join a well-established, family-run General Contractor with a strong commercial construction backlog and a robust pipeline of commercial construction projects across the Raleigh and Durham markets.

They are looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up construction projects valued between $20M-$80M across public and private sectors.

The Commercial Construction Superintendent will manage day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project completion.
