Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment USA seeks a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial and data center projects in Charlotte, NC. Qualifications

• 3 - 15 years' experience as a Construction Superintendent with a Commercial General Contractor.
• Superintendent experience on projects of total value $20 million - $50 million+
• Strong subcontractor and field management experience
• Experience with Procore preferred
• Within a 1-hour commute from Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial construction sites, including data center work.
• Lead subcontractors, manage safety and schedule adherence, and report progress to leadership.
• Ensure quality, budget control, and timely delivery across multiple local projects.

Construction Superintendent
Commercial Construction & Data Centers / Mission Critical
Location: Charlotte, NC

Salary:

$110,000–$140,000 base + vehicle allowance + bonus

Join a highly reputable general contractor with $2bil active projects in the Carolinas, including a strong workload in the Charlotte Region. This role will initially focus on involvement of a $1bil data center in Charlotte, followed by a strong pipeline of work across mission-critical/data centers, higher education, sports facilities, and other commercial construction projects in the Charlotte region.
