Job Title: General Store Cashier / Stocker

Reports to: General Manager

Responsibilities:

• Greet and inform customers, providing excellent guest service.
• Price goods accurately, apply price stickers, and scan merchandise.
• Calculate total prices and handle cash and credit transactions honestly.
• Assist in developing window and counter displays under supervision.
• Keep stock rooms and checkout areas organized and clean.
• Participate in inventory counts and verify incoming merchandise.
• Maintain a professional and friendly interaction with customers and staff.
• Support sales initiatives and promote the Memphis experience.
• Handle deposits, reconcile sales, and close the register at shift end.
• Perform other duties as assigned, prioritize workload, and adapt to various activities.
