107 Team Car Care East, LLC (US) seeks a General Service Technician to service guest vehicles and learn through established training. You will receive a comprehensive onboarding and future certification opportunities, with an emphasis on safety, teamwork, and high-quality guest experiences.

The role starts as an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement, including incentives, benefits, and dailyPay availability. Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service and clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior technicians.
• Perform oil checks, tire pressure, fluid refills, and complete vehicle inspections.
• Document all work on the repair order and report safety issues.
