Team Car Care East, LLC (US) seeks a General Service Technician to service guest vehicles with quality workmanship and a focus on guest experience. You will start in an entry-level role with our training program earning hands-on experience and certification as you grow.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment while providing guidance to junior technicians and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer-facing experience (i.e. retail, food service, hospitality).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Effective communication with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates; ensure proper tire pressure.
