Team Car Care is seeking a General Service Technician to service guest vehicles with a focus on quality and guest experience. You will participate in our training program to certify and gain expertise in all offered services, positioning you for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (retail, food service, hospitality, etc.).
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Inspect and prepare vehicles for service, including oil level, tire pressure, fluids, and safety checks.
• Document all work performed on the repair order and report safety issues to management.
