Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is hiring a General Service Technician to service guest vehicles and support a strong customer experience. You will start in an entry-level role with our training program, gaining certification and hands-on expertise in the services we offer, setting you up for success in your automotive career.

You will work as part of a team, promoting timely, accurate guest care during operating hours while maintaining a clean, safe shop environment and learning to mentor junior

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 months of customer facing experience (e.g. retail, food service, hospitality).
• Able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending/squatting.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service with clear communication about guest vehicles.
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Check and communicate oil level to teammates and maintain tire pressure.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels; complete vehicle inspection.
• Document all work on repair orders and report safety issues to management.
