Job Description
Compensation: $17-19.00/hour
The General Service Technician role combines front and back shop responsibilities, including at least two days per week at the front counter. Responsibilities include performing routine vehicle repairs and maintenance per company and manufacturer standards, communicating vehicle issues to guests, and playing a key role as a manager on duty (MOD) when needed. The role emphasizes providing excellent guest experiences, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
