Team Car Care in Tumwater, WA is hiring a General Service Technician (GST) in an entry‑level role. You will service vehicles, learn through our training program, and work to ensure top‑quality results and guest satisfaction.

The position offers competitive hourly pay and a strong benefits package. You will gain hands-on experience, be mentored by senior techs, and have opportunities for career advancement within a supportive team environment.

Competenze

• At least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication to interact with guests and teammates.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform bending and squatting.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays.

Mansioni

• Service guests' vehicles with quality workmanship and guest care.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level automotive technicians.
• Document all work performed on repair orders.
• Check and communicate oil level, tire pressure, and fluid levels as necessary.
• Inspect the vehicle and ensure proper care and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and presentable service center.
