Team Car Care in Kent, WA is seeking a General Service Technician to service guest vehicles and support a high-quality guest experience. You will participate in our training program to gain certification across the services we offer and build a solid foundation for advancement.

This entry-level position provides a path to skilled automotive work, plus benefits such as retirement savings, insurance options, and performance bonuses within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of customer facing experience.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care.
• Provide excellent guest service with clear communication about vehicles.
• Keep the service center clean and presentable.
• Mentor junior technicians and support mid-level technicians.
• Inspect vehicles and document work performed on the repair order.
• Check oil level, tire pressure, fluids, and install/replace parts as needed.
